From the cool southern region of Malleco, Sol de Sol is one of the most respected Chardonnays in Chile. The wine is fermented in barrel and then spends 9 months in oak before bottling. The nose has a lovely richness with pears and raw cashew and there is a wonderful minerality and fresh acidity in the mouth. 

Sol de Sol makes for delicious drinking now but also has fantastic aging potential.
