From the Bio Bio Valley, a wet and wild region in the south of Chile, Glup Pais is made from 100+ year old vines. The result is incredibly pure, with red fruits and herbal notes plus a grippy finish making it the perfect food wine.  It's another interesting example of the different styles of Chile's oldest grape variety - Pais!
